Trade Rules Empty Trade Rules

There will be a trio of members who will vote on trades. You must recieve 2/3 of the votes. The higher rated the player trying to be traded off a team, our job will be to insure said team isn't left crippled cause we all know once teams are decimated, they are very difficult to fill.
